his email is incorrect as i never said there was no urgency
if richard read his proposal it states that NYC permit and drawings are required which cannot be done in 1 day
as it turns out his quote was incorrect as scaffolding less than 40' vertical in nyc does not require permits
s&e bridge & scaffold (which runs 10 crews a day in nyc) can be at house tomorrow for walk thru and begin on
monday or tuesday
i have an email into ion on what his specific needs are
this is very frustrating that i have to do richards work because he thinks the first bid is the only bid you should
receive
starting to think he is playing brice's game of stuffing his own pockets..
